Normal sudoku rules apply. Additionally, there are a number of gray lines that act as Balance Beams.

The center of each Balance Beam is its fulcrum. Digits on one side of the fulcrum must sum to the same total as digits on the other side. The fulcrum must equal the average of all other digits on the balance beam. Digits may repeat along a beam so long as normal sudoku rules are observed.

Cells connected by white dots must be consecutive. Cells connected by black dots must have a ratio of 2:1.

Not all dots or beams are necessarily given.
