That was awkwardly hard for me, especially when it comes to scanning, but once I saw the aha moment the journey only finally started and there're lots of beautiful deductions as well :o

Very cool combination of arrows and irregular shapes. The solve path is rich with different kinds of reasonings, and it is not that easy.
Personally I colored the whole thing grey to start with, since I like to use coloring to spot the heavily constrained / twin cells in irregular shape sudokus. Maybe an alternate link without colors might be useful to some ?
Great puzzle anyway !
