Synchrony (LK Arrow)

After a couple of tough puzzles, I wanted to set something a little more approachable but still fun. This puzzle is hopefully around the 3.5/5 range
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Arrow Sudoku: Digits on arrow must sum to the digit in the circles. Digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Little Killer: Numbers outside the grid show the sum of all digits on the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat on the diagonal if allowed by other rules.
Odd: The grey circles indicate an odd digit.

Very beautiful interactions between the clues and it feels so satisfying to notice how the clues work in this puzzle :)
