Square Bashing 2 - Tilted Cage

The given sandwich sums are either zero, or they are a square number (indicated by a *). These are all the sandwiches meeting this condition.
Cages sum to a square number.
The grey lines are 'tilted cages' - the cells covered work the same as a 2, 3 or 4 cell cage, with no repeat digits and summing to a square number.
The crust of a sandwich is never in a cage (or a tilted cage). This means no cage or tilted cage ever has a 1 or 9 in it.
Little killer diagonals sum to a square number.

With the first puzzle it was evident that a 1/9 couldn't be in a cage because you had sandwich clues on all rows. With this one, is it possible that a 1/9 is on a line or in a cage that hasn't got a sandwich? Could R5C6 (randomly chosen) be a 1/9 for instance, because it's not a sandwich crust?
-- Ah, yes, good clarification. The 1/9 is never in a cage (or the tilted cage), no matter if I have given a sandwich total on a line or column. I will clarify in the instructions. Thanks.
