I updated this puzzle to disambiguate there being multiple solutions already, maybe you were solving the old version? There is a logical path through the whole thing, although some of the early steps are a bit involved. It seems hard to me but some solvers have given it a 3. It doesn't have enough solves yet to have community difficulty rating here.
