Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. When two arrows point to each other from cells of the same colour, the sum of the digits in those cells is equal to the sum of the digits in the cells between them. Not all possible pairs are given.
Thanks to DiMono for the inspiration, and udukos and Piatato for testing.
Good luck and have fun!
Solution code: Row 9 then column 9. 18 digits, no spaces.
