2. Digits cannot repeat in a cage (Killer)
3. Grey square regions are extra regions that must also contain the digits 1-9

Fun puzzle! Strictly speaking, this is not a colouring puzzle as the rules do not instruct the solver to colour cells based on any rules (nor does the solution code have anything to do with the colour of cells).
Examples of colouring puzzles include: shakashaka, yinyang, norinori, heyawake, coral (koralle), stostone, nurikabe etc.
