I took up the CTC challenge to create a nonconsecutive arrow sudoku. Kudos to Phistomefel for giving me the required inspiration.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.
All orthogonally adjacent digits are nonconsecutive.
Digits on arrows must sum to the totals in the 2-digit circles.
Digits can repeat on an arrow if allowed by normal sudoku rules.
Digits on therometers must ascend from the bulb end.
The shaded grey circle must be an odd number.

Anticipated FAQ:

The fish eyes have 3 arrows pointed to them.
All 3 finish in the same cell(R5C9).
The upper fish arrow starts at R5C1, then up to R2C4, then down to R7C9, then up to R5C9.
The lower fish arrow starts at R5C1, then down to R8C4, then up to R3C9, then down to R5C9.
The centre fish arrow is a straight arrow.
There are 2 thermometers.
One thermometer is 5 cells long and starts at the top of the fish tail.
The other thermometer is 3 cells long and starts at the fish mouth.
The sole shaded grey circle (odd number) is in the worm.
