This is a new variant of Sandwich Sudoku. It is created using the variable order of the sandwich numbers. It is also the third question of the series. There may be more interesting combinations of variants later.

Thank you for your objective evaluation. The Sudoku puzzles made by 真笑(Hong Weihua) are all handmade. A variety of different ideas are combined with a purely logical process. They are easy questions suitable for the public, and they are all not too complicated. The logical path can be inferred smoothly, so it is not too difficult.:-)

These (your) puzzles all have a nice well defined solution path, which make them a pleasure to solve. No tough break-ins to discover. thanks again.

This idea was put forward by "Hong Weihua" when he made Chaos Construction "Mencius". "Sandwich prompt numbers to distinguish order" makes ordinary sandwich Sudoku easier. Based on the fact that the XY order of the sandwich numbers can be interchanged, the idea of "69 numbers can be flipped" is used. This is the reason for the name "Sandwich69".

Great puzzle!
Several times there seemed to be no logical step anymore, but always there was a possibility to go on.
But why do you call them "69"? Already in the other ones, I wondered, what this could mean.
