Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
A black dot between two cells means that one of the digits in the cells is double the other.
A white dot between two cells means that the two digits in the cells must be consecutive.
Not all possible black or white dots are given.
Killer rules apply. Digits must sum to the total indicated at the top left corner and digits may not repeat. The cage in c3 (without total) has no effect on the solve.
