Circle Inversion - Killer + Little Killer Sudoku

Rules are as follows:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits appearing in cages sum to the digit that may be given in the cage. Digits may not repeat within cages.
- Arrows indicate the sum of the digits that appear in the diagonal they point towards. Digits may repeat along these diagonals.
