I swear I'll post something else than disjoint + LK + palindrome next time

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Little killer sum rules apply: the numbers along the indicated diagonal must sum to the given total. Digits may repeat along the diagonal.
Palindrome rules apply: lines on the grid read the same in both directions.
Disjoint group rules apply: no two cells in the same position relative to their box (e.g. R1C1 and R4C4) may contain the same digit.

WOW! thank you for this great puzzle, one of the hardest sudoku I've ever solved.

I'm so pleased CtC featured one of your puzzles recently as it tempted me to have a look at the others. All I can say is wow! Incredibly tight logic and stunning! Very difficult but so rewarding - thanks :)
