- XV rules apply. Digits in cells separated by an X sum to 10, digits in cells separated by a V sum up to 5. All X's and V's are given.
- Kropki rules apply. Digits in cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits in cells separated by a black dot must have the ratio 1:2. Not all dots are given.
