A two headed snake Sudoku

(Eingestellt am 30. November 2020, 19:05 Uhr von steelwool)

Usual Killer Sudoku rules apply and all cages sum to prime numbers with no repeating digits.
In any 3x3 square it is not possible to add any further prime sum cages.

A snake has its middle square on the marked cell and comprises orthogonally connected cells.
The snake forms a palindrome using the digits along its body.
From the centre of the snake, there is a two digit prime (sharing the centre digit moving outwards), then a single digit prime, then two, then single, etc.
For example, the two digit prime on the snake might be 13; digits 1 and 3 not a sum of 13.
Read the digits of the two digit prime from the centre (so 1 would be closer to the centre than 3 in the example).
All of the single digit primes appear once (twice in the palindrome!), but of course they may also appear in a two digit prime.
The snake has prime length. The snake does not touch itself, diagonally or orthogonally.

The puzzle is available on f-puzzles.

Lösungscode: Enter the snake digits from the centre (half a palindrome) and follow this with the digits in column 4

I have to apologize to the author of this puzzle, because I try all possibilities and get no solution. But in fact, there is an unique solution.
Glad it worked for you, well done. I was quite pleased with how this turned out.
