Little X-Sums 2: Birthday edition

This is my second puzzle using the ruleset of my first ever puzzle created. I am gifting myself this puzzle for my birthday :P. As you can see I'm turning 30. I feel so old already :P. I hope you like it.
Rules:
- Normal Standard Sudoku rules apply.
- Outlined regions are cages. The sum of digits in a cage is given in the top-left and digits cannot repeat.
- The main diagonal (Marked by a line must contain the number 1 to 9 only once).
- Little X-Sums: Arrow clues outside the grid are NOT normal little killer clues. Instead, the number next to an arrow outside the grid indicates the sum of the first X digits along the diagonal in the direction of the arrow Where X is the first number along the diagonal; Digits may repeat along these diagonals (Except for the main diagonal)

@Joseph nehme sorry but the sudoku part after solving the 30 clues is all except straightforward, this is really hard

@ Alexander Rappa Thank you. The sudoku part should be straightforward after solving the clues. Difficulty wise i would sqy it's average. Not too easy but definetly not too hard :)
