Rivers and Islands Fillomino

Regeln
1) Es gelten die üblichen Fillomino-Regeln:
- Das Raster ist in Fillomino-Gebiete zu unterteilen und in jedes Feld ist eine Zahl einzutragen
- Die Zahlen in einem Fillomino-Gebiet sind alle gleich und geben die Größe dieses Gebiets an
- Fillomino-Gebiete gleicher Größe dürfen sich nicht waagerecht oder senkrecht berühren
2) Es gelten die folgenden Nurikabe-basierten Regeln:
- Jedes Feld muss entweder grün (Land) oder blau (Wasser) gefärbt werden
- Alle blaue Felder müssen ein orthogonal zusammenhängendes Gebiet bilden, aber keinen 2x2 Bereich darf ausschliesslich aus Wasser bestehen
- Eine Insel ist ein orthogonal zusammenhängendes Gebiet bestehend aus mindestens 3 Land-Felder
- Jede grünes Feld in diesem Rätsel ist Teil von einer Insel
- Inseln dürfen sich diagonal berühren, aber nicht waagerecht oder senkrecht
- Die Felder einer Insel müssen alle unterschiedliche Nummer beinhalten
- Wenn ein Pfeil in einem Feld vorhanden ist, dann gibt die Zahl in diesem Feld an, wieviele Felder (insgesamt) in der Richtungs des Pfeils die gleiche Farbe hat wie das Feld mit dem Pfeil (sieh Beispiel)
- Nicht alle mögliche Pfeile sind eingezeichnet

Great puzzle! This combination of rules feels pretty different from either fillomino or nurikabe on their own to me, and it's sometimes a bit weird to scan. But there's lots of really cool deductions, and I especially like how everything resolves at the end.

Brilliant puzzle. Really tricky start for me, took me an age to work out what was going on, but once I got some momentum I couldn't tear myself away at the end. Thanks!

Incredible puzzle ! Felt almost broken at some points, only to find out there was always that tiny possibility to make it work and move forward... The break in was very nice geometric stuff that literally needed all the rules to work together ! Just superb !

This has to be one of the most intricate and diverse solution path in any puzzle I've seen. Very rewarding solve!

I'm slightly saddened I will no longer have many of your puzzles near the top of my 'nicest puzzles I haven't solved' list (but also relieved I will no longer think to myself that I have no idea how to begin to do those). The ratings are all so thoroughly deserved - every puzzle I've completed has had such beautiful and tight logic throughout the solve. Many were challenging, but at the same time I loved the pace in all of them. Despite their difficulty, I never felt totally lost and I absolutely take my hat off to you for striking such a delicate balance. Thank you so much :)

Incredible puzzle! Even though it took me much longer than most of your Fillomino variants, it never got frustrating and the logical path was very nicely constructed.
EDIT @Mark Sweep: Thanks! At times I have felt that I should have made the solving path for this puzzle a little bit more straightforward (given the initial slow progress on number of solves, and so on). So it is good to hear that some people really enjoyed it the way it is :)

Sehr schön! Schritt für Schritt kommt man der Lösung näher, aber es bleibt bis zum Ende konstant schwer.

Can you have a zero? Or a huge number?
EDIT @Thorsby: Thanks for solving! A zero is not allowed based on the rules of Fillomino. A huge number is theoretically possible (limited of course by the space available in the grid).
