Satogaeri(Standard)
1. Move the circles horizontally or vertically without turning so many cells as the number in the circle indicates.
2. At the end of all moves in each regions exactly one circle must be placed.
3. Circles without numbers may be moved an arbitrary distance.
4. A cell may be visited at most once; i.e. the trajectories of the circles must not cross.
