Udukos' breakfast

Embedded sandwiches for breakfast.
udukos expressed his enthusiasm about puzzles with this ruleset (by stephane.bura) to me, but there are only very few of them. And so here's another, as a gift, and as a tribute to a constructor whose puzzles have given me great joy - I encourage you to check them out.
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Arrows pointing at each other in the same column or row indicate an embedded sandwich. The cells containing the arrows are the boundaries of the sandwich and they must contain the sum of the digits enclosed between the boundaries. Examples of valid options for an embedded sandwich of 5 cells: 1 3 4 5 2 (3+4+5 = 12), or 2 3 4 5 1 (order does not matter), or 1 5 7 9 2 (5+7+9 = 21).
- Inequality: r4c1 is smaller than r5c1. ('r4c1' means the cell in row 4, column 1.)
Beware that udukos has a strong stomach, so good luck with this one.

That opening was such an eye opener moment for me when it clicked, really satisfying once I wrapped my thoughts around the rule set ;)
