XV Arrow Sudoku 2

Another iteration of this variant combination, this time with the negative constraint. Happy solving!
RULES:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. All adjacent cells summing to 10 are marked with an X.
3. All adjacent cells summing to 5 are marked with a V.
**Negative constraint applies.
4. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit(s) inside its circle/pill. Pills read left to right and top to bottom. Digits may repeat along an arrow.
