This puzzle is a combination of a Yajisan-Kazusan puzzle and Sudoku
Yajisan-Kazusan Rules: Shade some cells black, such that the unshaded cells form a single orthogonally connected region. Shaded clue cells have no meaning, and shaded cells cannot be orthogonally adjacent.
Sudoku Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells with arrows are the Yajisan-Kazusan clues. Valid clues give the sum of all the shaded cells in that direction.
