It's time for a Killer Sudoku... with a twist!

Rules:

- Standard Sudoku rules apply.

- Outlined regions are cages. The sum of digits in a cage is given in the top-left and digits cannot repeat.

- A single number from 1-9 is worth twice its normal value in every killer cage in the grid. This digit is to be determined. To be a bit clearer, only one digit has this property where it is "double counted" in all cages in the puzzle.

Here is an 6x6 example to demonstrate the last rule. Notice that the digit 5 is counted as a 10 in all killer cages. It is the only digit in the grid with this property.
