Little Killer Palindrome

Normal sudoku rules apply- digits from 1-9 appear once in each box, row and column.
Little killer- the clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on the diagonal.
In addition, the numbers that appear on the grey lines form palindromes: they read the same from both ends.
