Normal sudoku rules apply.
Regions 'wrap around' the left/right side of the grid. (see colored version below for clarity)
If two orthogonally adjacent cells sum to 5 or 10, that will be indicated by a V or X respectively between them. (all Vs and Xs are given)

@Strosahl There is an icon 'Toroidial', see e.g. 2A6 'Sudoku Variants Series (086) - Toroidal Sudoku'.
