Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Diagonals marked by arrows contain a strictly increasing series of numbers, starting at the arrow. (smallest at arrow)
- Cells point-symmetric about the center cell (R5C5) add up to 10. e.g 1 in R1C1 places 9 in R9C9.
