Parity sections Sudoku

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
A number in the lower right corner of a cell is the sum of all the cells in that cell's section.
A section is a group of orthogonally adjacent cells of the same parity (even or odd).
Every even section is orthogonally adjacent to the gray cell.

Fantastic puzzle, took me hours of noodling away deducing the logic. I missed one of the really important deductions, so it was a lot of microeliminations for me. Oof!

This puzzle deserves more solves! It is fun and definitely not as hard as the current number of solvers suggests!
If I may give a hint: use Excel and colours to mark cells. More is not necessary... Enjoy!

Changed difficulty. Apparently, it's harder than I thought ;) I want to reassure you though that there *is* a narrow logical path to the solution.
