For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.
Equalizer Sudoku
Inspiration for this variant comes from Sudoku Cup #4
Solve online in F-Puzzles or CtC-app (thx Nick Smirnov!)
Place the digits from 1 to 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. Similar to an equalizer, the sum of the digits placed on a higher vertical grey bar is greater then the sum of the digits placed on a lower grey bar; the sums on gray bars of equal height are equal.
Solution code: Row 7, followed by column 6.
