Rules:

Divide the set of digits 1-9 into three sets of three digits. Every 2x2 area must contain at least one digit from each of these sets.

Thank you very much for creating and sharing this nice puzzle. I think that Simon solved a similar puzzle recently, but he seemed to know nothing about Global Entropy ….
