Hey Friends! This puzzle is from October's edition of Martha's Mail-doku Service. In sum, I send out themed variant sudokus and fun stickers by mail. Therefore, this is a chill solve, meant to be done on paper.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits along an orange line must differ by at least 4.

German Whispers: Adjacent digits along the green line must differ by at least 5.

Little Killers: Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.

Ratio Dots: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio.
