Greatest Neighbor Same Parity
(Published on 25. October 2026, 12:39 by RockyRoer)
The Rules
- [Sudoku]: Normal sudoku rules apply. Fill every row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits from 1 to 9 once each.
- [Greatest Neighbor Same Parity Lines]: Every cell on a line shares the same parity as its greatest neighboring cell on the line.
- Example: 7348 would be a valid line because 7's (only) neighbor is 3 and both are odd, 3's greatest neighbor is 7 and both are odd, 4's greatest neighbor is 8 and both are even, and 8's (only) neighbor is 4 and both are even.
- 859 would not be a valid line because 8's only neighbor is 5 and they aren't both even nor both odd.
