Help me count my spare change!

Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Divide the entire grid into non-overlapping rectangles along the grid lines. A square region is a COIN; a non-square rectangle is a BILL.

The digits in each coin sum to 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100; the digits in each bill sum to 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 (these are the US denominations for coins and bills, in cents and dollars, respectively). Denominations may repeat and need not all appear.

A circled digit gives the number of cells in its region. Regions may contain any number of circles, including none.

Digits may repeat within a region whenever otherwise permitted. Regions may touch freely.
