I was asked to provide a birthday puzzle for Timotab.

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once each in each row, column, and 3x3 region.
Diagonal Sums: Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
Sum Cages: Digits within a dashed cage sum to the total shown in the top left corner of the cage.
