Normal Sudoku rules apply to the 9×9 grid: Place the digits 1–9 exactly once in every row, column, and 3×3 box.
The circles at both ends of a grey line contain
the same digit. The digits on the line strictly between the circles sum to that digit. Digits may repeat on a line if allowed by other rules.
Fill each outside cell with a digit from 1–9. The digits strictly between an outside cell and
the same digit in its row or column of the 9×9 grid sum to that digit.
The shaded cells, including the four outside cells, form a 6×6 grid tilted by 45°, whose rows and columns run diagonally. Digits may not repeat in any row or column of the tilted grid.

It took me almost an hour of grinding to find the break-in and figure out a thing that is basically visible from the beginning; smooth solving after that. Brilliant setting work, thanks for the puzzle!
