Square Up! #1
Sudokupad link: Click Here This is my first experiment with fog that will hopefully lead to more puzzles in a series!
Solution code: Column 8, top to bottom

That's clearer for me.
I didn't, personally, have any trouble with the term "double arrow" since a few setters have been using that lately, it seems to be a recent thing though.

Clarified the double arrow rules and the fog clearing rules.

I will adjust the last rule to say: At the start of the puzzle, consider all clues to skip over the fog (for example, consider the black dot to be between R4C4 and R4C6). Also consider the clues to be exactly as given (simply dropping the "As the fog clears").
Also, I used the term "double arrow" because was the term in the sudokupad app. Should I change it to "in-between"?
I will update once I get feedback on this comment. Thanks! This is an experiment and I greatly appreciate the feedback!

I'd given up yesterday because I couldn't understand the rules, but decided to give it another go making some assumptions about what I was unclear on, and then I got stuck again and eventually solved it.
A couple of clarifications I'd add for solvers that would have made things smoother (without giving anything away):
-You have to use from the start the fact that the black kropki must be valid both in the uncleared fog cell as well as r4c6. That's the point I got stuck on yesterday, and the realisation that made me give it another try. Although that's implied by the rules, the way it's currently written made it seem that you are actively supposed to disregard how it could affect cells under the fog until the fog clears. From the way I solved it I think you need to consider it before the first digit is even placed.
-You need to deduce which lines belong to double arrows and single arrows when they branch. It can't be solved any other way but it looks broken when that isn't explicit.
This could well have gone down as a great puzzle with those clarifications.

Rules took a bit to understand, but the puzzle was great once I got it. Thanks!

I think most of the misunderstanding could be solved if you don't call it a double arrow. It's an in-between rule, there are no arrows for that specific clue and it overlapping with an actual arrow is kinda confusing.
Unless figuring out which line belongs to the arrow and the "double arrow"/"in between" is part of the puzzle, maybe consider colouring it.

I wish you the best with this puzzle, but either the puzzle doesn't work or the rules are not explained correctly. Even with the correct digits in place, the arrows do not make sense.

Same as @basilicon, all the fog vanished and the puzzle was not solvable.

Added cage rule.

Doh! Cages are normal rules. Digits cannot repeat in a cage and sum to the given number in the top left corner of the box.
The final rule will apply to the arrow especially.

I also think that something is weird with the cages summing to 10

Really nice puzzle, read the fog jumping rule carefully if it seems broken, it isn't.
It might make sense to mark where the fog used to be, or only clear once all placeable digits are placed, otherwise you can end up in a state where the displayed clues don't make sense anymore.

you forgot to explain the cages i am guessing they sum to 10 but that breaks the puzzle with the arrow circle
