Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
Killer cages, indicated by dotted lines, cannot have repeated digits and the digits in the cage sum to the total if shown in the top-left corner.
As all cages without totals are limited to a specific row, they are purely cosmetic for the appearance of a Brick Wall.
Adjacent digits along a green German Whisper line must differ by at least 5.
Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10. Digits in cells joined by an V sum to 5.
Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Not all Xs, Vs or dots are necessarily given.

i thought the meaning of the rule about cages with unknown totals would become clear when i needed to use it but i never did

Little bit confused by your comment that the cages without totals are limited to a specific row. I see cages without totals all over the grid. Not that it affected the solve in any way.

Filled in row 1-3 pretty fast and then got stuck a bit, so I would say 1,5*! But was very fun tho!
