Tipping Point

Tipping Point is a variant Sudoku using Arrows and Killer Cages.
Sudoku:
Place the digits 1–9 in every row, column, and 3×3 box, with no repeats.
Arrows:
Digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in its attached circle.
Killer Cages:
Digits within each dashed cage must sum to the number shown in the top-left corner of the cage.
Digits may not repeat within a cage.
