Rules:
- Digits may not repeat in rows, columns, or regions. The grid is divided into nine regions, each consisting of orthogonally connected cells containing the digits 1-9. Some region borders have been given.
- Circled digits equal the number of cells they see from their region in their row and column, including themselves. Cells from other regions block a cell's view.
