A better version of the Kanji I was trying to make last time. Please enjoy a short trip to Heaven. As always, feedback is appreciated.

Normal Sudoku Rules: Fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each.
White Kropkis: Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
German Whispers: Along green lines, digits must differ from their neighbors by at least 5.
Little Killers: Numbers outside the grid give the sum of all cells along the diagonal pointed to by the arrow.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide blue region sum lines into segments, each of which have the same value.
Anti-King: Cells which are a (chess) king's move apart cannot share the same digit.
