Rules:

Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply.

Full rank: Read every row and column in both directions as a six-digit number, giving 24 numbers in total. Rank these numbers from smallest (rank 1) to largest. Equal numbers share the same rank, and the ranks that follow are skipped accordingly. For example, if three numbers tie for second smallest, the ranking goes 1, 2, 2, 2, 5, 6 …

X-sums: For every row and column, read in each direction, the sum of the first X digits, where X is the first digit in that direction, must differ from that number’s rank by at most 1. For example, if row 1 read left to right had full rank 7, the X-sum from the left of row 1 must be 6, 7 or 8.

Digits in a cage sum to the given total. Digits may repeat in a cage.

The outer grey ring is provided as space for tracking ranks and X-sums.
