Uncharted 12
RULES
Chaos Sudoku
Rows, columns, and regions must each contain the digits 1–9 exactly once.
Regions
The 9 regions are hidden and must be determined by shading. Every region is orthogonally connected.
Arrows
The digit in an arrow cell indicates the number of consecutive cells immediately following it in the direction of the arrow that belong to the same region as the arrow cell.
Killer Cage
Digits within a cage must sum to the given total. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
White kropki dots
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Black kropki dots
Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Region separation (Kropki)
Any two cells connected by a Kropki dot must belong to different regions, regardless of the dot's color.
Region separation (Cage)
No two cells within the same killer cage may belong to the same region.

Solution code: Row 2, with each region separated by a plus (+).

I solved the old link(the brutal version) which was a 5* through and through. This updated one has some extra clues which ease the solve-path quite a bit and imo is more of a 3.5-4* in difficulty.
Well executed and enjoyable puzzle overall!

I found this puzzle so challenging that I resorted to availing myself of the clues present in the image that were not present in the grid at the sudokupad link. Those got me unstuck, and it's altogether possible they're unnecessary and I was just missing some logic. Thoroughly enjoyable solve! I particularly liked how repeating pairs constrained available digits towards the end. Thank you for this lovely construction, iEtsh!

Edited for avoidance of confusion: the link has been updated and now matches the pictured grid.
