Digits on each green line have a difference of at least 5 to their neighbors.
Black dots link digits which have a ratio of 1:2.
Blue dots link cells with two even digits.
Red dots link cells with two odd digits.
Yellow dots link cells with one even and one odd digit.

It was fun for me. I used two color sets and then tried to figure out where they clashed. After that it was a smooth flow, thanks!
