Two Truths And A π

(Published on 8. October 2026, 19:03 by SeveNateNine)

This puzzle was created for Scojo's secret impostor event, and is my attempt to imitate the style of The Pi Guy.

Sudoku: Put the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column, and 3 by 3 box.

There are three clues of each type. Two of them are true, and the third is an impostor. The impostor must not fully obey its constraint.

Arrows: The values on an arrow must add to the value in the attached circle.

Thermometers: Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb to the tip.

Black/White dots: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive, and digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

X/V: Digits separated by an X sum to 10, and digits separated by a V sum to 5.

Even/Odd: Squares contain even digits, and circles contain odd digits.

German whispers lines: Neighbouring pairs of cells along a green line must be at least 5 apart.

Dutch whispers: Neighbouring pairs of cells along an orange line must be at least 4 apart.

Lines clues are impostors if any pair of digits along them do not obey its constraint.

Additionaly, the first three digits of pi (3,1,4) are hiding in the puzzle, connected either vertically, or horizontally.

At the very end I thought I was going in circles, but then I looked at it from the different angle!
