Digits are not repeated in rows, columns, or regions. Each cell contains a digit 1-9. Hidden regions cover the entire grid, each consisting of one or more orthogonally connected cells. The cells in each region form either a single digit or a set of consecutive digits in any order, without repeats. The sum of a region is either X, Y, or Z.
A digit on an arrow indicates the length of the uninterrupted run of cells just beyond the arrow, in the arrow's direction, that belong to the same region as the arrow cell.
Digits in a cage sum to the number in the top-left of the cage and cannot repeat. Within each cage, all digits of the same parity share the same region, and digits of opposite parities cannot share a region.
Digits separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio, and cannot share a region.

Solution code: Row 3, with a "+" between digits of different regions
