Rules:
- Classic Sudoku: Every row, column and 3x3 box must contain every number from 1 to 9.
- X-Sums: A clue outside the grid indicates the sum of the first X digits of its row or column, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.

It took me about half that time, and I am not a speed merchant. Flow was almost smoother than I would prefer.

1 star difficulty for me, took 00:18:03 - perhaps if you are unfamiliar with the rule it could be more difficult.
