This is my first sudoku. I loved Slithering Heights by Marty Sears and I wanted to make a puzzle using the same ruleset.
Rules:
Place the digits 0 to 8 once each in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Digits in a cage sum to the number in the top left of the cage.
Draw a loop that travels along cell edges and does not touch itself.
Every cell is surrounded by eight dots. The digit in a gold circle indicates how many of its cell's dots are visited by the loop.
Solution code: Digits inside the loop in row 2.

A very nice puzzle indeed! I think using 0-8 was very sensible (because now you don't actually know how big the loop is), and I thought your break-in was very nice. Well done, and make more!

74 minutes for me, one of the harder ones I've solved. I echo everything in Aleksav's comment, this was absolutely brilliant and I enjoyed every second of it. Thank you!

Wonderful setting, especially for a first sudoku! The puzzle was challenging, but never felt impossible - there was always somewhere to make progress. I liked the change to 0-8 digits, it made for some very interesting logic with the geometry of the loop. Keep up the great work, cheers for the puzzle!
