- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- A cell with a circle has a digit that indicates how many times that digit appears in circles.
- Digits joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
- Digits in cells with circles are never in a 1:2 ratio with the digits in any cell that shares an edge with them.
