Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in the cells with blue rectangles form a complete set from 1-9. Digits in the cells with pink rectangles form another set from 1-9. Digits on a purple thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end. Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on their indicated diagonal. Digits on these diagonals may repeat when otherwise allowed. (Although the boxes cover parts of the thermos in SudokuPad, if you look carefully, you should be able to see where the thermos go. If there is even a small bit of the thermo in a cell, it moves into that cell.) I think this puzzle is 1.5 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers. As always, comments welcome. Thanks!
