Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Cages sum to the given number.
Digits on an arrow sum to the digits in its circle.
Cells with a white dot have a difference of one.
Cages have the same digits if they have the same sum.
Arrows pair up, having the same digits, but the shape may not be the same.
White dots pair up, if there is an A/B pair then there is a second one as well.

Wow was that break-in clever. Not an easy puzzle but really interesting logic throughout. The rules could just do with some tidying up (cages with the same sum have the same digits, arrow pairs may be repeated).
