Intertwined (Region Sum German Whispers Sudoku)

This puzzle was my entry for Scojo's annual impostor challenge, where I was pretending to be Sotehr. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
- Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- German Whisper Line: Digits along a solid green line have a minimum difference of 5.
- Region Sum Line: Box borders divide hollow blue lines into segments with equal sums.
- Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot have one digit double the other.
- White Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot have consecutive digits.
Solution code: The digits in column 5 from top to bottom.
