Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Adjacent digits along the positive diagonals (all diagonals running bottom-left to top-right) must differ by a multiple of 3 (inlcuding 0). Digits a chess knight's move apart cannot be identical.
Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5. Cells joined by a small blue inequality sign ("<" or ">") must obey the inequality shown, with the sign pointing toward the smaller of the two digits.

this is faszinating indeed...
never thought i'd be that easy of a puzzle by just looking at it and it's ruleset.
but once you get started, everything just falls into place, utterly amazing.

@frown
0 is a multiple of 3. 3*0 = 0.

Neat puzzle. I would also suggest placing an "(including 0)" after "multiple of 3" for ultimate clarity and transparency in the ruleset. Love the way this disambiguates with so few clues.
Hi brskri, thanks for the comment! I have updated the rules accordingly.

As with any good miracle, the moment you place the first digits, it cracks wide open. Not a very hard inital crack, but very, very satisfying

Warning - though the rules say "Adjacent digits along ... positive diagonals ... must differ by a multiple of 3," they need not differ. i.e. they can differ by 0
