DingDong's Killer #2: Sweet Sixteen
(Published on 18. September 2026, 12:31 by dingdongeu)
My second puzzle in my series of Killers.
In this (delayed) entry, I wanted to build a puzzle around the wonderfully divisible number 16. I wanted to make a minimalistic killer with no other constraints like before, but I just wasn't clever enough to make that happen with this theme!
- Sudoku: Normal Suduko rules apply.
- Killer cage: Digits in a cage must sum up to the digits in the top left of the cage and cannot repeat.
- White Kropki dots: Cells joined by a white dot have a difference of 1.
- Black Kropki dots: Cells joined by a black dot have a ratio of 2.
- Little killers: Digits along a marked diagonal sum to the number indicated outside the grid.
- Quadruples: Every digit in the circle must be assigned to one of the surrounding cells.
Play it on Sudokupad

When I was a boy, my mother would call us "dingdongs" if we did something stupid. E.g., "you spilled milk, dingdong!" Always makes me laugh when I hear or see that word. Not so common anymore. :)
